3beef bouillon, cubes

1 cbow tie noodles

1 1/2 ctomato juice

1 1/2 Tbspseasoned pepper

salt to taste
How To Make winter vegtable beef soup

1In large soup pot melt butter, sprinkle beef with salt and pepper, brown beef just until it has some color.

2Add water and all the ingredients except the bow tie noodles. Cover cook on low until meat is tender, at least 4-5 hours.

3Add Bow tie noodles let simmer until noodles are done approx 12-15 min.

4This recipe makes a lot of soup. Great served with a crusty bread!
