How to Make Very Different Cabbage Soup!

  1. In a large stainless steel pot...(put 3-4 tbs. butter in bottom of pan) layer cabbage, potatoes, tomatoes, sliced cheese, browned hamburger meat, onions and bell peppers, and cooked bacon(crumbled)IN THAT ORDER! I use Tony Chachere's seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper after each layer!
  2. Continue layers and place on stove top on low heat...pour in 4-5 cups of water and place lid on pot.
Cook on low heat for an hour to an hour and a half (or until desired consistency) ENJOY!
