I had to combine my Mothers,Grandmothers and my ex Inlaws recipes and made my own from them all.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef tips/stew meat
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 3 sprigs celery sliced
  • - garlic powder, and salt and pepper
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can v8 vegetable juice
  • 1 package mixed vegetables, frozen
  • 1 package elbow macaroni's 16 oz. maybe less

How To Make vegetable soup

  • Step 1
    Using a soup pot or dutch oven,(it may not all fit in dutch) add oil, beef, onions, and celery. sprinkle medium with garlic powder and salt and brown meat. Add V8 vegetable juice and stewed tomatoes, and plenty of water use V8 Can. allow to cook till meat is tender. add frozen veggies and macaroni till done. tase, if it needs more garlic or salt add it allow to cook into it. then serve with crackers.
  • Step 2
    i will add some water to this till my pot is 3/4 full.
