Ingredients
- 1 pound stew meat
- 1 can beef broth
- 1/2 - small onion, chopped
- 1 package frozen vegetables
- 1/2 cup rice, adjust amount to preference
- 1/2 cup barley, adjust amount to preference
- 1 can peeled chopped tomatoes
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon worchestire
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- - salt & pepper to taste
- - parsley flakes
- 3-4 cups water
How To Make vegetable soup

Step 1Brown the stew meat in a little oil.

Step 2Combine stew meat and all other ingredients in a large soup pot and cook on low for a minimum of an hour.
