Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef shank
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 - peppercorns, whole black
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 3 - beef bouillon cubes
  • 2 - carrots, sliced
  • 1 package frozen vegetable mix
  • 3 - celery stalks with leaves, sliced
  • 2 - onions, diced
  • 2 - potatoes, diced

How To Make vegetable-beef soup

  • Step 1
    Put all ingredients in crockpot.
  • Step 2
    Cover and cook on low 12 to 24 hours or high 4 to 6 hours.
