- 2 - soup bones with marrow
- 2 pounds beef stew meat
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 1 large onion
- 1 large mixed vegetables, frozen
- 1 package small package of frozen succotash
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 1-2 - bay leaves
How To Make vegetable beef soup

Step 1Put water in dutch oven to cover soup bones. Bring soup bones to a boil, then add stew meat. Cook about 1 hour then add sliced onion, bay leaf and crushed tomatoes. When tomatoes are cooked and onion is soft, add mixed vegetables and succotash. Cook approximately 20 minutes and add 1 cup of uncooked elbow macaroni. Don't worry, the macaroni will swell.
