green bell peppers - chopped

onion - chopped

beef broth
20 oz
tomoato soup
28 oz
crushed tomatoes
4 oz
mushrooms - drained
1 1/2 c
cooked rice

How to Make Unstuffed Pepper Soup


  • 1Brown ground beef, drain off excess fat. Add green peppers and onions.
  • 2Over medium heat, stir in broth, soup, tomatoes, and mushrooms. Bring to a boil.
  • 3Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Add cooked rice and heat through.
