- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef - low fat
- 3 large green bell peppers - chopped
- 1 large onion - chopped
- 28 ounces beef broth
- 20 ounces tomoato soup
- 28 ounces crushed tomatoes
- 4 ounces mushrooms - drained
- 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
How To Make unstuffed pepper soup

Step 1Brown ground beef, drain off excess fat. Add green peppers and onions.

Step 2Over medium heat, stir in broth, soup, tomatoes, and mushrooms. Bring to a boil.

Step 3Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Add cooked rice and heat through.
