Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef - low fat
  • 3 large green bell peppers - chopped
  • 1 large onion - chopped
  • 28 ounces beef broth
  • 20 ounces tomoato soup
  • 28 ounces crushed tomatoes
  • 4 ounces mushrooms - drained
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked rice

How To Make unstuffed pepper soup

  • Step 1
    Brown ground beef, drain off excess fat. Add green peppers and onions.
  • Step 2
    Over medium heat, stir in broth, soup, tomatoes, and mushrooms. Bring to a boil.
  • Step 3
    Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Add cooked rice and heat through.
