mexican blend shredded cheese
sour cream
tortilla chips

How to Make Touchdown Taco Soup

Step-by-Step

  • 1Brown ground beef and prepare according to taco season packets.
  • 2Combine seasoned beef, corn, black beans, and salsa in a dutch oven. Let it come to light boil. Turn down to simmer for 10 minutes.
  • 3Serve in bowls and top with cheese, sour cream, and tortilla chips.
