Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 can rotel tomatoes
- 1 can ranch style beans
- 1 can yellow hominy
- 1 can tomato sauce--small
- 1 can green chiles
- 1 cup gratted cheese
- 10 - corn tortillas
How To Make tortillia soup

Step 1In a big stew pot,brown the hamburget meat and season, add the onions, Rotel tomatoes, Ranch Style Beans, tomato sauce, and the yellow hominy..you can also add sm. can of chopped green chilies to add alittle spice.

Step 2Simmer this for about 30-35 minutes. While the soup is simmering, in a small fry pan, add a small amount of oil..let it get hot and add tortillias, which has been cut in quarters or slices. Fry til crisp and season with chili powder and seasoning salt.

Step 3Ladel the soup into bowls and sprinkle the top with the gratted cheese and eat with the chips. This is really quick to make just sounds like alot of trouble!
