Ingredients For tortillia soup

  • 1 lb
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onion
  • 1 can
    rotel tomatoes
  • 1 can
    ranch style beans
  • 1 can
    yellow hominy
  • 1 can
    tomato sauce--small
  • 1 can
    green chiles
  • 1 c
    gratted cheese
  • 10
    corn tortillas

How To Make tortillia soup

    In a big stew pot,brown the hamburget meat and season, add the onions, Rotel tomatoes, Ranch Style Beans, tomato sauce, and the yellow can also add sm. can of chopped green chilies to add alittle spice.

    Simmer this for about 30-35 minutes. While the soup is simmering, in a small fry pan, add a small amount of oil..let it get hot and add tortillias, which has been cut in quarters or slices. Fry til crisp and season with chili powder and seasoning salt.

    Ladel the soup into bowls and sprinkle the top with the gratted cheese and eat with the chips. This is really quick to make just sounds like alot of trouble!
