Ingredients
- 1 to 2 pounds chuck beef or round stk. cubed.
- 6 to 7 - medium red potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 Bag - (16 ounces) baby carrots, cut in thirds
- 1 can (28 ounces) curshed tomatoes,with liquid
- 1 - medium onion,chopped
- 1 1/2 cans water,measured from the tomato can
- 1 tablespoon rosemary
- - salt and pepper to taste.
How To Make tomato beef stew (slow cooker)

Step 1Add all ingredients and simmer in a 6-to7-quart slow cooker. Meat does not have to be browned for slow cooker. Cover and cook on Low heat 6-8 hours or on High heat 3-4 hours.
