Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 large onion diced
  • 1 large green pepper diced
  • 2 - jalapeno's seeded and chopped
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 64 ounces v 8 juice
  • 1 large jar salsa
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • TOPPINGS
  • - shredded lettuce
  • - shredded cheddar cheese
  • - tortilla chips crushed
  • - sour cream

How To Make taco soup in instant pot

  • Step 1
    Select saute on instant pot. Add the oil. Add the onion, green pepper, jalapenos and garlic. Saute until veggies are softened. Add the ground beef and cook until beef is done.
  • Step 2
    Turn off instant pot and add the sugar taco seasoning., V 8 juice and salsa. Secure the lid and select manual and toggle up to 10 minutes. Use quick release.
  • Step 3
    Serve topped with lettuce, chips, cheese and sour cream
