Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 small bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cans whole kernal corn; undrained
- 2 cans pinto beans; undrained
- 2 cups water
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1/3 cup picante sauce
- 1 package hidden valley ranch salad dressing mix
- 2 packages taco seasoning mix
- salt dash to taste
- pepper dash to taste
- 1 package tortilla chips
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make taco soup for a crowd

Step 1In a stock pot or Dutch oven, brown ground beef with onions, bell pepper, salt and pepper until meat is no longer pink; drain grease. Add corn, pinto beans, dressing mix, tomato paste, taso seasoning, picante sauce and water; mix well. Simmer 1 hour. Serve in bowls with crushed tortilla chips and cheese on top.
