taco soup
This is a great hearty and fun flavored soup. I love it with sour cream, cheese and Fritos scoops on top, but you can add whatever you want to make the bowl of soup your own! I plan to make this in camp, and to the basic soup, have a garnish bar. Even olives can play a part...the possibilities are endless!

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground chuck
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can kidney beans
- 4 cans petite diced tomatoes
- 1 can yellow corn, drained
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 can black beans
- 1 small can green chilies
- 1 - envelope taco seasoning mix
- 1 - envelope hidden valley ranch dressing mix

Step 1Brown chuck and onion, drain grease. Add remaining, remembering to only drain the corn. Cook 1 hour. Serve with any or all: sour cream shredded cheese chopped green onion Tortilla chips, strips, or Fritos (we used Fritos scoops)
