Slow Cooker Crock Pot


  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of corn
  • 1 can(s)
    corn niblets, drained
  • 1 can(s)
    rotel tomatoes, undrained
  • 2 can(s)
    ranch style beans, undrained
  • 3/4 c
  • 1 pkg
    hidden valley buttermilk dressing mix
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning mix
  • 8 oz
    cheddar cheese, grated

How to Make Taco Soup


  1. Brown the ground meat with the onion. Drain.
  2. Add the taco seasoning and the ranch dressing mix. Mix well.
  3. Add the water, beans, corn, and tomatoes. Mix well.
  4. Simmer over low heat until bubbly (or place in crock pot).
  5. Serve over tortilla chips and top with cheddar cheese.
