My wife's recipe. I can't take credit for this one. Tastes great. I serve this with shredded cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips. I use mild Rotel but you can use the other depending on your taste

Ingredients

  • 1 can dark red kidney beans
  • 1 can light red kidney beans
  • 2 cans pinto beans
  • 2 cans whole kernel corn
  • 1 (28oz.) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can ro - tel
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 package ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 pound ground beef

How To Make taco soup

  • Step 1
    Brown ground beef and drain
  • Step 2
    Add to slow cooker and pour packets over it.
  • Step 3
    Drain beans and add to cooker
  • Step 4
    Add tomatoes, Rotel and corn and stir
  • Step 5
    Cook on low for 4 to 5 hours
