Ingredients

  • 2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 can(s)
    black beans
  • 2 can(s)
    whole kernel corn
  • 1 can(s)
    pinto beans
  • 2 can(s)
    chilli beans
  • 1 can(s)
    rotel tomatoes
  • 2 medium
    onions finely chopped
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning mix
  • 1 pkg
    ranch style dressing mix
  • 2-3 can(s)
    chicken broth
  • 1 jar(s)
    salsa, mild
  • 1 pt
    sour cream, lite

How to Make Taco Soup

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown ground beef and add to canned ingredients, taco seasoning,ranch dressing mix, and onion in crockpot.
  2. Cook on high for 3 hours and serve or turn down until ready to serve.
  3. Laddle into bowls and garnish with cheese, salsa, and sour cream.
