I looked through all the Taco Soup recipes and found this one to be different. Most used black beans and corn. Mine doesn't. This is my take on Taco Soup.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 can(s)
    pinto beans
  • 1 can(s)
    ranch style beans
  • 1 can(s)
    hominy
  • 1 can(s)
    chopped green chilies
  • 2 can(s)
    diced tomatoes
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning (or use your own)
  • 1 pkg
    ranch style dressing mix
  • 1 1/2 c
    water

How to Make TACO SOUP

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown ground beef in large pan. Add all other ingredients and simmer on low heat at least 1 hour.
  2. This recipe is easy to double or half, whatever you need.
