Ingredients

  • 1 large can tomato juice
  • 2 cans pinto beans
  • 2 cans kidney beans
  • 2 cans black beans
  • 2 pounds ground beef, cooked and drained
  • 2 envelopes taco seasoning
  • 2 envelopes ranch seasoning
  • 2 cans whole kernel corn
  • 1/2 box velveeta
  • sour cream
  • fresh cilantro
  • tortilla chips
  • cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make taco soup

  • Step 1
    mix first 9 ingredients and simmer till hot. very good in the crock-pot all day!
  • Step 2
    garnish as you like with sour cream, cheese, cilantro and chips
