Swedish Meat Ball Soup

beef bouillon granules
red potatoes ; cubed
frozen pea's ; thawed
How to Make Swedish Meat Ball Soup
1In a small bowl beat egg and add 1/3 cup cream , bread crumbs , onion and 1 teas. of salt.
Add beef and mix well , shape into 1/2" meatballs.
2In a dutch oven or a soup kettle ; brown the meat balls in the butter.
Remove from the pan and set aside.
3Drain off most of the fat from the kettle and add : flour , bouillon , pepper and garlic salt ; stir until smooth.
4Gradually stir in the water and bring to a boil ; stirring often.
5Add potatoes and meatballs and reduce the heat ;
Cover and simmer for 25 minutes , or until the potatoes are tender , stir in the pea's and the remaining cream , heat through.
