Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef browned
- 1 can tomato sauce 28 oz
- 1 can diced tomatos 28 oz
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 1/2 cups chopped green peppers (or red and green)
- 2 - beef bouillon, cubes
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make stuffed pepper soup

Step 1Add all ingredients into a pot EXCEPT meat and rice mix Add beef and rice, cover and simmer until peppers are tender about 30 minutes.

Step 2For a thicker soup adjust amount of rice. This is really good with some crusty bread in the fall or winter. It is so easy to make and freezes really well.
