Stuffed pepper soup
3 largepeppers one green , one yellow, one red
1 largecan tomato sauce
1 largecan whole or diced tomatos with juice
3beef bouillon cubes
1/2 cbrown sugar
3 tspblack pepper
2 Tbspsoy sauce
3-4 cwhite rice
How to Make Stuffed pepper soup
- In a Skillet add beef and browm over med high heat, drain off fat.
- Add peppers and beef in a big soup pot and saute over med heat for 7 minutes.
- Stir in remaining ingrediants, salt, pepper, tomatoes including juice, bouiollon, brown sugar everything except rice,Cover and cook on low for 45 minutes.
- add rice and simmer for 15 minutes.
For a twist I sometimes use 1 lb of groud beef and 1 lb Italian sausage, and a bit of basil and orageno..
