stuffed pepper soup
I love this soup it is always better the next day I add different colored peppers to this, if you like it with a kick add a few chopped Jalapeno's.. And I put a twist on this also and add Italian sausage

Ingredients
- 2 - ground beef
- 3 large peppers one green , one yellow, one red
- 1 large can tomato sauce
- 1 large can whole or diced tomatos with juice
- 3 - beef bouillon cubes
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 3 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3-4 cups white rice
How To Make stuffed pepper soup

Step 1In a Skillet add beef and browm over med high heat, drain off fat.

Step 2Add peppers and beef in a big soup pot and saute over med heat for 7 minutes.

Step 3Stir in remaining ingrediants, salt, pepper, tomatoes including juice, bouiollon, brown sugar everything except rice,Cover and cook on low for 45 minutes.

Step 4add rice and simmer for 15 minutes.

Step 5OPTIONAL... For a twist I sometimes use 1 lb of groud beef and 1 lb Italian sausage, and a bit of basil and orageno..
