spicy tequila beef orzo soup
You can get the knorr caldo de tomate bouillon cubes in the Mexican section of most super markets. It is a tomato bouillon cube with chicken flavoring. The tequila gives this soup a bite and the spice can be adjusted to your liking.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup orzo
- 1 large onion diced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup tequila
- 3 cans chicken stock
- 2 - knorr caldo de tomate bouillon cubes
- 2 tablespoons cumin
- 1 jar chili sauce
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- - shredded cheddar cheese for topping
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce i use sriracha sauce or to taste
How To Make spicy tequila beef orzo soup

Step 1Brown burger spoon out with slotted spoon leaving pan drippings. Set meat aside. Add onions and garlic cook 5 minutes.

Step 2Add tequila and deglaze the pan. Bring to a boil. Add all other ingredients except burger and cheese. Bring back to a boil then reduce to a simmer and simmer 20 minutes.

Step 3Add the meat back into the pan and simmer another 10 minutes or so until the orzo is done. Taste and adjust seasonings.

Step 4Serve topped with cheddar cheese
