Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 packages taco seasoning mix
- 2 packages ranch dressing mix
- 1-32 ounce box swanson chicken broth
- 1-14.5 ounce can tomato sauce
- 2-14.5 ounces cans diced tomatoes with chilies
- 1-14.5 ounce can black beans, undrained
- 1 can kernel corn, undrained
- - for garnish: tortilla, cheddar cheese and sour cream
How To Make slow cooker taco soup

Step 1Saute onions for 2 minutes.

Step 2Add ground beef and brown the meat. Drain to excess fat.

Step 3Add ground beef mixture and all other ingredients (do not drain corn and black beans) to slow cooker.

Step 4Cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6 hours.

Step 5Garnish with sour cream and cheddar cheese.
