My family loves my taco soup. It is good for the party and cold weather. It is so delicious and eat with tortilla chips.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 packages taco seasoning mix
  • 2 packages ranch dressing mix
  • 1-32 ounce box swanson chicken broth
  • 1-14.5 ounce can tomato sauce
  • 2-14.5 ounces cans diced tomatoes with chilies
  • 1-14.5 ounce can black beans, undrained
  • 1 can kernel corn, undrained
  • - for garnish: tortilla, cheddar cheese and sour cream

How To Make slow cooker taco soup

  • Step 1
    Saute onions for 2 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Add ground beef and brown the meat. Drain to excess fat.
  • Step 3
    Add ground beef mixture and all other ingredients (do not drain corn and black beans) to slow cooker.
  • Step 4
    Cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6 hours.
  • Step 5
    Garnish with sour cream and cheddar cheese.
