My family loves my taco soup. It is good for the party and cold weather. It is so delicious and eat with tortilla chips.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

2 lb
ground beef
1 medium
onion, diced
2 pkg
taco seasoning mix
2 pkg
ranch dressing mix
1-32 oz
box swanson chicken broth
1-14.5 oz
can tomato sauce
2-14.5 oz
cans diced tomatoes with chilies
1-14.5 oz
can black beans, undrained
1 can(s)
kernel corn, undrained
for garnish: tortilla, cheddar cheese and sour cream

How to Make Slow Cooker Taco Soup

Step-by-Step

  • 1Saute onions for 2 minutes.
  • 2Add ground beef and brown the meat. Drain to excess fat.
  • 3Add ground beef mixture and all other ingredients (do not drain corn and black beans) to slow cooker.
  • 4Cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6 hours.
  • 5Garnish with sour cream and cheddar cheese.
