- 1-1/2 pound lean ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cans (15 ounces) mixed vegetables, drained
- 2 cans (15 ounces) italian stewed tomatoes
- 2 cans (14 ounces) beef broth
- 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 1 cup medium egg noodles, cooked
How To Make slow cooker beef noodles

Step 1In skillet, brown ground beef, drain and transfer to 5 quart slow cooker.

Step 2Add onion, mixed vegetables, stewed tomatoes, beef broth and oregano.

Step 3Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours. Add cooked noodles to slow cooker and cook 30 minutes.
