Ingredients
- 2-3 pounds stew cubes
- 2 small onions, sliced into rings
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 4 cans (14 oz.) beef broth
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 3 cups egg noodles
How To Make slow cooker beef & noodle soup

Step 1Sprinkle beef cubes with salt, pepper and flour, toss gently to coat.

Step 2brown over medium-high heat in 3 Tbsp. of vegetable oil, brown meat and onions. Drain and place in a slow cooker.

Step 3In another bowl, mix together remaining ingredients and pour over beef and onions.

Step 4Cook in slow cooker on low heat for 5-6 hours. Add egg noodles in last half hour of cooking!
