Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 - bay leaf
  • 1 - garlic clove
  • 3 - potatoes, diced
  • 1 - stalk celery, sliced
  • 2 - onions, coarsely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 12 ounces beef stock

How To Make savory crockpot stew

  • Step 1
    Stir mixture of flour, paprika and pepper to coat meat in a slow cooker.
  • Step 2
    Stir in other ingredients and mix well.
  • Step 3
    Cover and cook on high heat for 4 to 6 hours, or on medium heat for 6 to 8 hours, or on low heat for 10 to 12 hours.
  • Step 4
    Remove garlic glove and bay leaf before serving.
