Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 cans pinto beans
- 2 cans rotel
- 1 can corn
- 2 pounds velveeta, cubed
- 1 - onion, chopped
How To Make santa fe stew

Step 1Brown ground beef with onion and drain grease.

Step 2Put all ingredients in deep stove top pot or in crock pot and simmer until cheese is melted and is thoroughly mixed.
