Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 package dry taco seasoning
- 1 package hidden valley ranch seasoning
- 1 can white shoepeg corn (15.25 oz)
- 1 can navy beans (15.5 oz)
- 1 can pinto beans with chili sauce (I use Bush's, 16 oz)
- 1 can great northern bean with chili sauce (I use Bush's, 15.5 oz)
- 1 can Rotel chilies and tomatoes (10 oz)
- 2 cups water
- 1 dash cinnamon
- sour cream
- shredded cheese
- corn chips
How To Make santa fe soup

Step 1Brown ground beef with onions, drain off grease and pour into crock pot.

Step 2While beef is browing, pour all other ingredients into crock pot, all cans undrained.

Step 3Stir initially to mix well and occasionally while cooking.

Step 4Cook on high for 4 hours. Serves 10+ depending on serving size. Recipe can be easily doubled. Freezes well.

Step 5Garnish with sour cream, shredded cheese, and/or corn chips.
