Ingredients
- 1 quart chicken broth or stock
- 16 ounces tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 10 ounces frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- dash sugar
- 1/4 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
- - cabbage
- 1 cup cubed cooked chicken or beef roast
How To Make quick vegetable soup

Step 1Combine all but meat and macaroni in crockpot. When cabbage is tender, add meat and cook through (I added raw steak and left on low overnight for flavor). Add macaroni and simmer 10 min or until tender. I omitted the macaroni.
