  • 16 ounces frozen vegetable mix
  • 1 can condensed tomato soup
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 2 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup macaroni, elbow
  • - parmesan cheese, grated

How To Make quick beef minestrone

  • Step 1
    In a soup pot, cook beef until well browned.
  • Step 2
    Drain off fat.
  • Step 3
    Stir in frozen vegetables, undiluted soup, water and basil.
  • Step 4
    Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.

    Simmer 15 minutes.
