- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 package beefy noodle hamburger helper
- 6 cups water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes
- 1 package (10 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables
How To Make quick and easy beefy noodle hamburger stew

Step 1Cook beef and onion in a dutch oven over medium heat, stirring occasionally until beef is brown; drain.

Step 2Stir in hamburger helper sauce mix only, water, salt, pepper, bay leaf, and tomatoes.

Step 3Heat to boiling, stirring constantly: reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 4Stir in pasta and mixed vegetables. Cover and simmer 10 more minutes longer.

Step 5Remove bay leaf before serving. Ladel into soup bowls.
