Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 cans (14 1/2 oz. each) beef broth
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 1/2 cups salsa
- 1 cup sprial or small shell pasta
- 1 medium green pepper, cored, seeded and chopped
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon parsley
How To Make pronto taco chili

Step 1In a large saucepan over medium heat, cook beef, onion, and garlic until beef is browned. Drain off fat.

Step 2Add broth, tomatoes, salsa, pasta, pepper, chili powder and parsley and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, until pasta is tender, about 10 minutes.

Step 3Garnish with shredded cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips.
