  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 medium
    onion, chopped
  • 2 clove
  • 2 can(s)
    (14 1/2 oz. each) beef broth
  • 1 can(s)
    (14 1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 1/2 c
  • 1 c
    sprial or small shell pasta
  • 1 medium
    green pepper, cored, seeded and chopped
  • 2 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1 tsp

How to Make Pronto Taco Chili


  1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, cook beef, onion, and garlic until beef is browned. Drain off fat.
  2. Add broth, tomatoes, salsa, pasta, pepper, chili powder and parsley and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, until pasta is tender, about 10 minutes.
  3. Garnish with shredded cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips.
