My kids really enjoyed this by being able to garnish it however they wanted.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 cans (14 1/2 oz. each) beef broth
  • 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 1/2 cups salsa
  • 1 cup sprial or small shell pasta
  • 1 medium green pepper, cored, seeded and chopped
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon parsley

How To Make pronto taco chili

  • Step 1
    In a large saucepan over medium heat, cook beef, onion, and garlic until beef is browned. Drain off fat.
  • Step 2
    Add broth, tomatoes, salsa, pasta, pepper, chili powder and parsley and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, until pasta is tender, about 10 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Garnish with shredded cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips.
