Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 3 - carrots, peeled and chopped
- 4 - celery stalks, chopped
- 2-28oz cans diced tomatoes, undrained
- 16 oz cans red kidney beans, drained
- 16 oz cans white kidney beans, drained
- 30 ounces beef stock
- 3 teaspoons oregano
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 5 teaspoons parsley
- 20 oz jars spaghetti sauce (i used pasta house brand)
- 8 ounces pasta, rotini

Step 1Brown beef in a skillet.

Step 2Drain fat from beef and add to crock pot with everything except pasta.

Step 3Cook on low 7-8 hours or high 4-5 hours.

Step 4During last 30 minutes on high or 1 hour on low, add pasta.
