Slow Cooker Crock Pot


  • 1 can(s)
    tomatoes stewed 16 oz.
  • 1 can(s)
    pinto beans 16 oz.
  • 1 can(s)
    corn 16 oz.
  • 1 can(s)
    tomatoes and chiles, rotel 8 oz.
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1
    onion medium chopped
  • 1 can(s)
    tomato soup and 1 can water
  • 3 Tbsp
    picante sauce

How to Make Mom's Taco Soup


  1. Brown ground beef with onion. Drain grease and add beef and rest of ingredients to Crock Pot. Simmer 8 hours.
  2. Serve with tortilla chips, shredded cheese and sour cream if desired.
  3. Note: You can double recipe. Just add 1 can cream style corn with rest of ingredients including regular corn.
