My Aunt Melba gave me this recipe after she served it to us for lunch one day. We had gathered together to play a card game and just to socialize with friends. It is so delicious!

    progresso minestrone soup
  • 2 can(s)
    ranch style beans (do not drain)
  • 1 can(s)
    rotel (do not drain)

How to Make Mexican Soup

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all above and heat to boiling
  2. Note: May be served with cheddar cheese, sour cream, corn chips or guacamole.
