My Aunt Melba gave me this recipe after she served it to us for lunch one day. We had gathered together to play a card game and just to socialize with friends. It is so delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 - pounds of ground beef (browned and drained
  • 3 cans progresso minestrone soup
  • 2 cans ranch style beans (do not drain)
  • 1 can rotel (do not drain)

How To Make mexican soup

  • Step 1
    Mix all above and heat to boiling
  • Step 2
    Note: May be served with cheddar cheese, sour cream, corn chips or guacamole.
