  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes, mexican
  • 1 can tomatoes, chopped with liquid
  • 1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can black-eyed peas with jalalpenos
  • 1 can sliced new potatoes, drained
  • 2 cans beef consomme
  • 1/2 - bag frozen corn
  • 1 package ranch dressing mix

How To Make mexican soup

  • Step 1
    Brown ground beef with garlic and onion.
  • Step 2
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer to heat and blend flavors.
