whole kernal corn, or use fresh/frozen corn

pinto beans

black beans, canned
1 can(s)
ranch beans

How to Make Mexican Bean Soup

Step-by-Step

  • 1Brown ground beef with onions. Add to 6 Qt Slow Cooker
  • 2Add all other ingredients and cook 2-4 hrs or until ready to serve.
  • 3Salt and pepper to taste.
  • 4(I would add a couple of cloves of minced garlic to this and two or three teaspoons of cilantro.)
