Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen meatballs
- 1 can stewed tomatoes 15 oz
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 box beef broth reg or low sodium
- 1/2 cup macaroni uncooked
- 1 cup any type vegetable i use corn or chick peas
How To Make meatball soup

Step 1add all ingredients together in a large pot

Step 2add seasoning such as black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and I like to add a bay leaf

Step 3bring to simmer add uncooked macaroni, cook macaroni as directed on box remove bay leaf

Step 4great with warm crusty bread and a generous sprinkle of Parmesan Cheese
