Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen meatballs
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes 15 oz
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 box beef broth reg or low sodium
  • 1/2 cup macaroni uncooked
  • 1 cup any type vegetable i use corn or chick peas

How To Make meatball soup

  • Step 1
    add all ingredients together in a large pot
  • Step 2
    add seasoning such as black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and I like to add a bay leaf
  • Step 3
    bring to simmer add uncooked macaroni, cook macaroni as directed on box remove bay leaf
  • Step 4
    great with warm crusty bread and a generous sprinkle of Parmesan Cheese
