  • 1 bag(s)
    frozen meatballs
  • 1 can(s)
    stewed tomatoes 15 oz
  • 1 can(s)
  • 1 box
    beef broth reg or low sodium
  • 1/2 c
    macaroni uncooked
  • 1 c
    any type vegetable i use corn or chick peas

How to Make Meatball Soup


  1. add all ingredients together in a large pot
  2. add seasoning such as black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and I like to add a bay leaf
  3. bring to simmer add uncooked macaroni, cook macaroni as directed on box remove bay leaf
  4. great with warm crusty bread and a generous sprinkle of Parmesan Cheese
