Ingredients
- 1 3/4 pounds ground chuck
- 1 - large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 - 14.5 ounces cans diced tomatoes with juice
- 16 ounces can kidney beans, drained
- 16 ounces can pinto beans, drained
- 16 ounces can black beans, drained
- 15 1/4 ounces can whole kernal corn, drained
- 14 1/2 ounces can chicken broth
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
How To Make maria's taco soup

Step 1In a large pot, cook beef, onion and garlic. Drain and return to pot.

Step 2Stir in rest of ingredients. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for about 30 minutes. Serve with taco strips, fried or baked until crisp. Serve with a dollop of sour cream, chopped green onions and grated cheese on top for garnish if desired
