Ingredients
- 1 - 1.5 pounds ground beef
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 - 2 tablespoons Tony Chachere seasoning
- 1 jar Rao spaghetti sauce
- 1 box beef broth
- 1 can Rotel (10 oz)
- 1/3 box lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
How To Make lasagna soup

Step 1Brown ground beef in skillet; drain grease.

Step 2Saute onion and pepper with beef.

Step 3Season beef with Italian season and Tony Chachere's seasoning. Measure with your heart.

Step 4Drain off grease or dab it with a paper towel.

Step 5Transfer cooked meat, onion, and pepper into a Crock Pot.

Step 6Add Rotel or another brand of diced tomatoes.

Step 7Add beef broth.

Step 8Add spaghetti sauce. Cook on low for 4 hours.

Step 9Add broken lasagna noodles and cook on high for one hour.
