Ingredients For lasagna soup

  • 1 - 1.5 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/4 c
    diced onion
  • 1/4 c
    diced bell pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    Italian seasoning
  • 1 - 2 Tbsp
    Tony Chachere seasoning
  • 1 jar
    Rao spaghetti sauce
  • 1 box
    beef broth
  • 1 can
    Rotel (10 oz)
  • 1/3 box
    lasagna noodles, broken into pieces

How To Make lasagna soup

  • 1
    Brown ground beef in skillet; drain grease.
  • Note, I did not use onions this time.

    Saute onion and pepper with beef.

    Season beef with Italian season and Tony Chachere's seasoning. Measure with your heart.

    Drain off grease or dab it with a paper towel.

    Transfer cooked meat, onion, and pepper into a Crock Pot.

    Add Rotel or another brand of diced tomatoes.

    Add beef broth.
  • 8
    Add spaghetti sauce. Cook on low for 4 hours.

    Add broken lasagna noodles and cook on high for one hour.
