jane's cabbage roll soup
I love cabbage rolls but hate the time it takes to prepare them. So, I had an idea one day when I wanted to make a soup of some kind. I looked in the fridge for leftovers and had some cabbage left over. I also had hamburger at that time. With the rice in the pantry it all come together in my mind. I used my cabbage roll recipe and continued to create it into a soup adding a few extra ingredients. I am pleased with the outcome.
