Ingredients

1 lb
ground beef
3
carrots, diced
3
potatoes, diced
2
stalks celery, diced
1 medium
onion, diced
1 can(s)
cheddar cheese soup
1
salt

Step-By-Step

1Brown ground beef and pour off excess fat.
2In another pan cook carrots, potatoes, celery and onion in just enough water to cover vegetables for about 10 minutes.
3Add vegetable cooking water and vegetables to meat.
4Salt to taste.
5Add 1 can cheddar cheese soup.
6Cover and simmer on low heat for about 1/2 hour.
