  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 2 cans Minestrone soup
  • 2 cans Rotel tomatoes
  • 2 cans Ranch Style beans, undrained
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make hodgepodge soup

  • Step 1
    Brown ground beef and diced onion at the same time. Drain off fat.
  • Step 2
    Mix everything in a dutch oven and simmer for 1 hour. Add water if soup gets too thick.
