Ingredients
- 2 pounds buffalo stew meat, 1-inch cubes
- 5 - carrots, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 stalks celery, sliced
- 2 pounds canned tomatoes
- 1/2 cup quick cooking tapioca
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 - bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
How To Make hearty buffalo stew

Step 1Trim all fat from meat. Put all ingredients in slow cooker. Mix thoroughly.

Step 2Cover and cook on low for 12 hours (high for 5 to 6 hours).
