1/2 pound stew beef
1 pound stewed tomatoes
8 ounces tomato sauce
1 cup water
1 package onion soup mix
1 package frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 cup alphabet noodles, uncooked

How To Make hearty alphabet beef soup

Step 1

Using the beef stew meat which is already cut up, place the meat, combined with the stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, water and soup mix into crockpot.

Step 2

Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
Step 3

Turn to high, add vegetables that have been partially thawed, and noodles.
Step 4

Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes or until vegetables are done.
