Ingredients
- 3 pounds ground round, cooked completley & crumbled
- 1 pound ground pork, cooked completley & crumbled
- 3 cans sweet peas, drained
- 3 cans sweet corn, drained
- 4 cans sliced potatoes
- 2 cans green beans
- 1 can carrots, chopped fine
- 1 can lima beans
- 1 cup celery, chopped fine
- 1/2 cup red onions, chopped fine
- 1/3 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 jar favortie pasta sauce with garden vegetables
- 1 large bottle of tomato juice
How To Make harvest soup

Step 1Add meat into skillet with the onion and cook completley....crumble up into a large stock pot....

Step 2Add all of the indgredients into the stock pot except for the pasta sauce and tomato juice.....mix well....

Step 3Next add the container of tomato juice and mix then add the jar of pasta sauce and mix well again....if the soup is too thick for your taste, just add some water into your pasta sauce jar, stir up and put into stock pot unitl desired consistency is reached.....

Step 4Bring the soup to a boil then put on to simmer for about 10 - 15 minutes.....I serve both crackers & cornbread with this.....
