Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground chuck, browned and drained
  • 1/2 c
    onion, diced
  • 1/2 c
    celery, diced
  • 2 can(s)
    veg-all
  • 1 can(s)
    tomatoe sauce, large
  • 3 large
    potatoes, russets peeled and cubed
  • 2 sprig(s)
    bay leaves, dried
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    oregano, dried
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper

How to Make Hamburger Stew

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown crumbled hamburger drain
  2. Add all other ingredients additional water may be added as needed Simmer atleast 1 hour covered over med to low heat
  3. Before serving remove bay leaves. Delicious served with buttered crackers
