Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup onions, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic clove, minced
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 14 ounces tomatoes, canned whole
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 cups noodles
- 1/4 cup parsley
- - sour cream
How To Make hamburger soup

Step 1Brown meat, drain and set aside.

Step 2In soup add oil, carrots, onions, celery and garlic; cook until tender, about 5 minutes.

Step 3Add broth, tomatoes, thyme, salt, pepper and beef.

Step 4Bring to a boil and simmer covered for 20 minutes.

Step 5Just before serving stir in noodles and parsley and heat; serve with sour cream.
