This was something I just kind of through together one night and it turned out pretty tasty. Change the seasoning up some to suit your taste. I am taking the left overs and adding cream of mushroom soup to it and baking it in the over with cut up biscuits on top.

Ingredients For hamburger soup?

  • 2 lb
    ground chuck, cooked
  • 1 sm
    zucchini
  • 1 bunch
    green onions
  • 1 bunch
    napa cabbage
  • 3 1/2 c
    water
  • 2 Tbsp
    beef bouillon, canned
  • 1 bag
    frozen riced cauliflower with vegetables
  • 2 Tbsp
    sea salt
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    ground pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce

How To Make hamburger soup?

    Brown Ground Chuck with Salt and Pepper
  • 2
    Chop up all Vegetables nice size chunks
  • 3
    Add Vegetables to Browned meat
  • 4
    Add water, Worcestershire Sauce, and Beef bullion
  • 5
    Add Riced Cauliflower
  • 6
    Let Bowl down to kind of thick
