Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger, browned
- 1 cup beef consomme
- 2 quarts water
- 4 medium potatoes, chopped
- 4 - carrots, chopped
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can tomato paste, (6 oz.)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon thyme, dried
- - pepper to taste
How To Make hamburger soup

Step 1Brown ground beef, drain fat.

Step 2cut up all the vegetables in bite size pieces.

Step 3Place all ingredients in large pot and simmer about 2 hours or til vegetables are done.
